add use cases for speeddemo #3453

Current behavior

speeddemo is an extension without connction to any record, neither CE, nor plugin.

Expected behavior/output

Extend the demo to be based on a CE, where data can be added inside the record.

I think the example is not really helpfull so I would opt to remove it: #4356
