- Hoist all content out of text boxes
- Fix all text floats for tables
- Fix anything else that's easy, like globs of carriage returns
- Log into GitBook account that will become the owner of the GitBook Organization (TEALS-IntroCS).
- Navigate to "Account Settings" by clicking the down arrow in the upper right hand side of the main page.
- On the right hand side of Account Settings page your account name will appear on the right, click your account name and then click the "+ New Organization" (TEALSK12).
- For GitBook organizations with public books, the organization is free. For private books, there is a Startup plan of $49/month for 10 private books. Since the AP CS A will be a private book while in development, the TEALSK12 GitBook has a Startup plan.
- On next page invite team members to the organization. This can not need to be done at this time but it's convenient.
- After creating an organization, you will see the organization as one of the options under your account name on the upper right.

- Link GitBook account to GitHub account with admin access to the GitHub Organization. This required inviting TEALS-IntroCS GitHub as a member with admin access to the TEALSK12 GitHub organization. The TEALS-IntroCS GitHub was already linked to the TEALS-IntroCS GitBook.
- Install the integration in the GitBook organization with the GitHub organization TEALSK12. Log into the GitBook account with access to the GitBook Organization. Under "Account Settings". Select the TEALSK12 organization. Select "GitHub" on the right menu. Click "Integration" and select the Organization and click Install Iteration.
Note that only one (1) GitBook organization and be linked to the GitHub organization or a error will occur. Unlink the organization you no longer want linked to the GitBook organization if this happens.
- When creating a New Book, click the down arrow and select "GITHUB". The right side drop down will be populated with the repositories available to the account specified in the GitBook Organization integration. Select the appropriate repository from the list.
