Timeline should paginate when not in streaming mode #399

Should paginate forward and backward.
Scrolling backward (on the top of the timeline) should show a button to "get earlier items" or something similar so the UI is easier to use.

wesbillman changed the title Pagination when not in streaming mode. This should paginate forward and backwards. I think backwards (scrolling to the top of the list) should require a button to "get earlier items" or something similar so the UI is easier to use. Timeline should paginate when not in streaming mode
