Due to the move to x64, Virtual Boy got left behind. So let's get that pushed forward then shall we?
This avoids using both the Anaglyph.dll and Pantarheon 3D AviSynth which were both requirements in the past.

So there's quite a few lines that need to be restored and adjusted.

This is the file I made for it which adjusts to current version.
But, it doesn't do whatever is happening at 144 with logos and everything from 227 to 368 with subtitles.

There's one last thing that fsvgm777 mentions and I'll echo it here.
-metadata:s:v:0 stereo_mode=left_right or -metadata:s:v:0 stereo_mode=1 does not work with the current ffmpeg within the package-- and cause I assume it's the same thing --BizHawk as well.
