There's one last thing that fsvgm777 mentions and I'll echo it here. -metadata:s:v:0 stereo_mode=left_right or -metadata:s:v:0 stereo_mode=1 does not work with the current ffmpeg within the package-- and cause I assume it's the same thing --BizHawk as well.

So there's quite a few lines that need to be restored and adjusted.
This is the file I made for it which adjusts to current version.
But, it doesn't do whatever is happening at 144 with logos and everything from 227 to 368 with subtitles.
