This PR updates the Knowledge Base (KB) sample project to target .NET 9, ensuring alignment with the latest framework standards. The sample has also been tested for compatibility with .NET MAUI.
Additionally, the charting component has been updated by replacing the existing chart NuGet package with the .NET MAUI Syncfusion Toolkit Chart package to ensure better integration and support for MAUI-specific features.
