Have pure virtual central nervous system class Cns: cxx/ClassCns.hxx, cxx/ClassCns.cxx. For now, class Cns just accepts "training" (back propagation) plus "inference" (forward propagation). Implementation progress is: SwuduSusuwu/SubStack#6 (comment) (plus unwritten thoughts on how to produce own, if none of the FLOSS implementations have suitable interfaces/licenses).
