🐛 Bug description [Please make everyone to understand it]

部分NV机器会出现硬件监控中的GPU功率获取错误，从而导致系统图表中的GPU部分整体丢失，比如趋动云的实例。

👾 Expected result

只不显示GPU功率图表，其他3个图标正常显示
