Incorrect link to AWS Lambda webhook connection #3185

Describe the bug:
In the Webhook Connections page the link to AWS Lambda docs is wrong.

It links to the general Amazon and AWS app catalog page which doesn't provide webhook documentation.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Webhook Connections
Click on the 'AWS Lambda' tile
See issue

Expected behavior:
I'd expect the tile to link to this page:
https://help.sumologic.com/docs/alerts/webhook-connections/aws-lambda/
