  1. Ready for V2 (probably) 

    Changes wrt V1:
- Added 7.5V regulator for motors (I still think they're probably fine with 9V, but we want to be 100% rigorous with this board)
- Move PSX connector towards board edge
- Allow for actual tantalum caps
- Reroute tracks
- Switch all pullups to 1k, after measuring on a real PsOne
