Hi, I’m Sudário Roberto Silva Junior
I study how swine nutrition and the gut microbiome affect health, productivity, and energy metabolism. My work combines animal science with data science to better understand how what pigs eat shapes how they perform.
I’m always interested in collaborating on projects that involve bioinformatics, data analysis, or machine learning applied to animal research.
Skills Data analysis and visualization (R, Python, SQL, SAS) Diet formulation and swine nutrition Bioinformatics and microbiome analysis Machine learning for biological data Statistical analysis and experimental design
