Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a shop owner, the context of why a subscription is cancelled is useful context to see e.g.

can you look at Subscriber x's account? They have to pay manually, as doesn’t automatically come out, but they says it’s now closed her account?

Here the shop owner is an information gap- "They say it's now closed her account" "Now implies a gap in knowing why cancelled. In this instance, a cancellation occurred because the subscribers previous x number of charge attempts had failed, triggering an automatic cancellation of the subscription (collections which fail over a threshold cause an automatic cancellation of the associated subscription.

Describe the solution you'd like
As a shop owner, I can quickly see why a given subscription was cancelled (aka cancellation_reason in stripe api), not only that it is cancelled.

Describe alternatives you've considered
