1.0.0-pre.1 does not build with Flutter v1.17 (stable) #282

Flutter released a new stable version yesterday. However, 1.0.0-pre.1 contains flutter_svg: ^0.14.1 as a dependency, which does not build with Flutter v1.17. Please update the dependency.
