Point load (force, moment) on beam as a SAF objects

Hi there,

there was a request for adding PoinLoadOn1D as a separate object.

The object is referenced to a 1D member and placed relatively or absolutely on it. There is no need for the internal node. In case you are in favour of the new object, give it +1. A proposal will follow. :-)

It can be done by setting ForceAction enum=On beam
