StratOS Linux

StratOS logo

StratOS Linux is a brand new linux distribution which utilises scripts from Bedrock Linux to include various packages and repositories from other distros such as Ubuntu, Fedora, etc.

It has an Arch Linux base modified using a typical Bedrock Hijack to include packages from various distros in a more user-convenient manner.

StratOS Linux also has various tools to enhance accessibility and make the distro more convenient for the typical consumer.

Some of them are :

  • StratVIM : A opinionated neovim distribution for StratOS
  • Rockers : A custom package manager wrapper for StratOS which can utilise various different package managers like apt, pacman, Flatpak and AUR helpers to fetch the package you want
  • Stratmacs : A custom Emacs configuration made for StratOS
  • grab : a custom fetch script
  • Maneki neko : A brand-new Welcome app made for StratOS
