We currently have various templates here on the jssm repo: https://github.com/StoneCypher/jssm/tree/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE which has caused some confusion.

Those should be moved to this repo and then redirect users here (per https://docs.github.com/en/communities/using-templates-to-encourage-useful-issues-and-pull-requests/configuring-issue-templates-for-your-repository#configuring-the-template-chooser )
