REST Transpiler should allow for a [ComponentModel.AmbientValue] attribute to coerce custom values.

When a [ComponentModel.AmbientValue] attribute is found on any -QueryParameter or -BodyParameter, code should added to extract out the ambient value. The ambient value should then be returned to the REST api.
