The StreamPendingMessages method does not support the IDLE filter parameter.

The `IDatabase.StreamPendingMessages` method currently lacks support for the `IDLE` parameter in the `XPENDING key group [[IDLE min-idle-time] start end count [consumer]]` command.

Are there any plans to add this feature?
