old recording extractor to new recording
new recording to old recording extractor
old sorting extractor to new sorting
new sorting to old sorting extractor

I suggest that these be functions (rather than wrapper classes)

This will only apply to single segment recordings

"new recording to old recording extractor" already exists in spikeinterface.sorters.utils..misc.RecordingExtractorOldAPI.
