Tx led do not dim

Leds on the transmitter and dimmer control should indicate level of the channel like the leds on rx

There is a reason for this: with a single input control, the LEDs need to indicate what channel its controlling.

One option would be 4 potentiometers.

Another option is #16, where an RGB led can display the color of the control selected and the channel is a matching color RGB led that dims.
