Problem to be solved

It lags SO F... MUCH, i cant stand it, my pc literally blows up after a minute of using it.
I think there are memory leaks because even if i don't do anything it keeps eating more and more of my RAM and that ends up crashing my pc.

Sugest a solution

I don't know how you can solve this
