To get an open ai token, you must register on the openai website - clickable.
To issue openai tokens, go to the website and click Create new Secret key.
To issue token telegram, go to the bot Create create a bot with the /newbot command and then enter the bot's nickname. After that, botfather will give you a token.
Select the desired example from the examples folder and replace the received tokens.
