I have created an example of a demand response framework. To demonstrate this I have include two demand response strategies called dresimplestrategy and dretargetcost. I also have two types of mock devices able to do demand response a battery and a consumer. For an understanding on how this system operates have a read of the header of DRSupportTools class.
