How to reproduce

1-create a sphere
2-select a profile using adaptive pressure advance
3-in preview check the gcode at mid print to see the used pressure advance value for ext wall at layer start and look at the flow value
4-activate scarf mode validate the flow is way lower than in point 3 at the same print moment but the the pressure advance has not changed. This lead to incorrect extrusion.

Yes it is not compatible. I've posted this in the initial write up in the Adaptive PA PR. reason is scarf seam sets varying flow and layer height almost continuously and adapting the PA to match this would cause extruder stutter.

thx for your reply !
Is it possible to add some warning when activating scarf mode with filament profile using Adaptive PA ?
