How to reproduce

Slice the model in the attached project file, ensuring that variable layer height is in effect.

Actual results

Orca quits without any message (just disappears from the screen) when slicing.
When restarting, the option to restore previous state works fine, but bug remains.

Expected results

Orca should just slice the model as expected even when using variable layer height.
