Cloning objects ends up with not all objects on build plate

How to reproduce

1. Load model onto build plate; such as this: https://www.printables.com/model/157347-gyro-fidget-spinner
2. Right click the model and click to fill bed with copies.

Actual results

The plate is filled up, but not all objects are on thebuild plate.the build

Expected results

All objects should be on the build plate.
