Raft Top interface layer number not working #7010

How to reproduce

  1. Set Raft layers to any number bigger than 1
  2. Set Top interface layers to any number bigger than 0
  3. Slice

Actual results

The interface layer of the raft is the half of raft layers, regardless of Top interface layers.

Expected results

The interface layer of rafts should follow Top inferface layers.
