M106 turning off fan3 #6994

How to reproduce

set up M106 like shown with link slicer, fan1 layer, fan2 not used, fan3 exhaust, activated air filtraion.

Actual results

fans work by calling m106 with the params for each fan but in the gcode it turns on fan3 but then will turn of fan3 when it m106 s0 to turn off fan1.

Expected results

layer fan should be set to m106 p1 not just m106

OK so i realized it does work correctly, I have fan3 controls servos on about 40% and off below 40% somehow they intertwined and caused this issue. Now got to figure out how to control the servos off the fan3
