Token attributes which depend on local-refs should be card attributes

Token attributes which depend on local-refs like resolverAddress in https://github.com/AlphaWallet/TokenScript-Examples/blob/master/examples/ENS/ENS.xml#L169 should be moved in to cards.

This will be broken by SmartTokenLabs/TokenScript#373 which we are implementing as part of Activity, but this suggestion will keep it working SmartTokenLabs/TokenScript#373 (comment), so this can wait a bit.
