It is an unenchanted diamond pickaxe which can mine several blocks at once.
The Explosive Pickaxe can be crafted in a Magic Workbench.
When you break a block with this pickaxe, it also mines blocks in a 3x3x3 area around it.
It is compatible with the Fortune enchantment, to get even more drops from your usual ore.
