First off, would you like to provide any deatils about what caused the crash? From the looks of it, you have a tool with invalid data, which can be caused by many different things. Try placing the tool in a tool station and taking it from the output slot if you can, otherwise the only solution is to somehow delete the tool from your inventory.

Also, officially builds of Iguana Tinker Tweaks have stopped as 1.7.10 is considered legacy. In 1.10 it has been split into several mods.
