Thumbnail grayed over when using "safe frames" #956

  1. Enable "safe frames" (Run Sketchup.active_model.active_view.camera.aspect_ratio = 1 in Ruby Console)
  2. Save model
  3. Look at thumbnail

Expected behavior: The "safe frames" don't affect the thumbnail.

Actual behavior: The thumbnail is grayed over

What is "greyed over" meaning? Screenshot? Is this a regression?

Safe frame bars seemingly cover the whole thumbnail.

Expected behavior is to not have them in the thumbnail at all.

This is a regression.
