VR recommendation

Hi there, this work really looks great.
Could you recomend a special VR Headset to run a "normal" software engenier desktop (IDE, many terminals, many webbrowsers)?
In addition on normal work I need reading glasses with spheric adjustments.

Otherwise, existing Linux compatible hardware is sparse and outdated (HTC Vive & Valve Index).
