Notify when contact is starred in Do Not Disturb's priority only mode #822

Reproduce:

Google's contact app
Star a contact
Set Simple SMS-messenger as SMS-app
Put phone in Do Not Disturb-mode
Do Not Disturb-setting - What can interrupt Do Not Disturb - People - Messages - Starred contacts (I'm guessing this differs between slightly different versions of Android)
Receive SMS from the contact you starred

Happens:

No notification

Should happen:

Notification

(I'm getting a notification from the same contact in a different app)
