This plugin exposes a local stdio MCP server so Codex can call the installed Claude Code CLI.
The launcher uses uv when it is available. Without uv, it uses Python 3.11+
with pip, creates a virtual environment in the plugin data directory, installs
runtime dependencies from pyproject.toml, and starts the MCP server from the
plugin source tree.
