Support Pino as Logging framework

Hi,

I tried to integrate the Pino logging library to my Hydrogen webapp, but I could not make it run yet.
The startup fails with:

Hydrogen version: 2025.7.0

Is this a bug or do I miss some configuration needed?

I have seen an old discussion here: Shopify/hydrogen-v1#288. Would be interesting what your recommended approach is regarding logging? For the time being I just use console.XYZ.
