Regarding https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/spfx/web-parts/single-part-app-pages?tabs=pnpposh

Under the heading 'How to provision Single Part App page in your tenant', two options are provided, both of which have a note claiming that these are not supported tools. Please provide a Microsoft supported option.

The "not supported" note refers to Microsoft's official SLA for support, not to the reliability or functionality of the tools themselves.

When will you add official support via Graph for example?

It appears that deploying a single part via Graph is not currently officially supported and would be considered a feature request.
