Add new endpoints to status dashboard: dependency service, rss-feed, docs

We're adding, or have added, a bunch of new services that we should include in the status UI to show when things are up/down on staging and production. The code for this is currently in https://github.com/Seneca-CDOT/telescope/blob/master/src/api/status/src/services.js.

Let's include:

• rss-feed container at v1/rss-feed (it doesn't have a /healthcheck but it does have an index.html that should return a 200)
• new docs container (again, a static site that should return a 200), see Create the Docs Microservice #2746
• new dependency service (does have a /healthcheck route), see Set up back end to recollect information from pnpm #2797

NOTE: this is currently not working fully in staging/production due to #2511
