Doesn't work with Sencha Architect 3.0.2.1375

When I open the project, I'm asked to allow an update on the project. When I want to publish, I have the following errors :

It is independant of verison of Sencha Architect. This is a continuous error with Sencha while we build the application. One time it will be working but the other time it will give the same error again.

Any volunteer, what could be possible solution for this.
