bug(ci): multiple issues on a PR only close the first one

Current Behavior

Issue #173 has not been closed when PR #154 has been merged.
On this PR they are 2 fixes tags
Maybe we should set only one fixes and separate with comma or space ?

Best will be to use the development tag on the right to close related issues

Expected Behavior

All related issues should be closed
