Cases with better html editor (wysiwyg)

Dear users/support,
First of all, great job guys that you are doing with SO!
This is a new feature request, it will be very useful if in SO-Cases it allow for example to copy/past an image to the new message or observables, right now we have to do a prtscr, save file, and upload file, and then if we need to see we have to download the file :(
Please add wysiwyg editor, thanks!
