We provide a large range of software and supporting documentation to allow integrating SecureDNA into your process workflow. Small providers may screen each individual order and view results in a web browser. Those with higher volumes can easily integrate our automated screening into their workflows. Manufacturers of benchtop synthesizers may embed the SecureDNA client into their machine's firmware for completely automated DNA screening with no humans in the loop.

For those synthesizing sequences of concern (such as virology researcher), or those who authorize their use (such as biosecurity authorities), please see the exemption certification system, which allows automatic preauthorization to cut paperwork and enables benchtop synthesizers to be safely used for such orders.
Updates to synthclient and the backend database are independent of each other.
