系统：Windows10 LTSC（1809）

报错如下：

找了一些资料，貌似是pnet或winpcap的问题
有关issue: libpnet/libpnet#329
panic代码位置: https://github.com/libpnet/libpnet/blob/02d691c918af08a5a3f5ab8194e668f5e32f6ea3/pnet_datalink/src/winpcap.rs#L342-L351
一个可能的解决方案貌似是用npcap而不是winpcap构建，如果是自行构建的话可以考虑试试，我有空尝试一下
