Since screen reader & browser combinations can be very different, let's focus on having at least one good screen reader + browser support. Let's make that NVDA on Firefox since both are open source, a popular combination. And, if something works on NVDA for firefox it also often works well on other screen reader combos. Let's focus on doing one as best as we can, instead of all poorly.
