Fix watchlist create window position when launcher docked left/right #1334

When launcher is docked left/right and watchlist is pressed, the window spawns overlapping the launcher:

Expected behaviour: watchlist appears down and to the left/right of the launcher window, not overlapping the launcher on any edge.
