Populate configuration view with initial data

Summary

When the configuration page comes up, this should be pre populated with the metadata from a number of datasets, and where possible the data types should be guessed for scientific metadata.

The configuration page includes two sections:

• high level fields
• metadata keys from datasets the users has access to

The high level fields can be prepopulated by what is defined in configuration.
This requires an update to the specific configuration section. We need to decide if such configuration can be over-written by admins and saved in database

The metadata keys list needs to have a specific endpoint. I'm not sure is such endpoint already exists.

Also we need to decide if the merge of the two sections should be done in frontend or backend.
