boxsizing.htc with handlebar.js raise error in IE7

This is very rare,

When using boxsizing.htc with handlebar.js 1.0.0 beta 6 (pre-compile/compile) on the same page, it will raise Force Close error in IE7 when user click an anchor tag or refresh page.

Which take me to disable one of them on my website.

Any hints to fix this ? I suspect some libraries out there also causing the same error too.

What if you edit the boxsizing.htc and Remove the line

<attach event="ondetach" onevent="restore()" />

?
