Default experiment fails when ran in resources connected through the ssh communicator #86

When we try to run the default experiement in other computer using the ssh communicator, the experiment fails.

First, it fails because drm4g do not find the logger.conf file.
Then, it fails because the preprocessor do not find the wrf_util.sh file and wrf4g script.

Workaround:

Copy the local file: $HOME/.drm4g/etc/logger.conf in the same location in the remote computer
Add wrf4g_util.sh and wrf4g to wrf4g/data/wn/bin and update the experiment with wrf4g exp name update to create a new WRF4G.tar.gz
