Rating Star on Survey Force

Hi,
I'm trying to use Survey Force in my org, but i need to have rating stars. I can't find anything on internet. Except for one page where i find this image.

Is this feature still present in the last update of the App? I'm going crazy looking for it

I am not sure where you have seen this but this functionality is not available. I think someone may have either custom-built a solution in Survey FOrce or used CSS for that.
But this is not available out of the box.
