The issue is that the user couldn't find the challenge with the search terms:

While Parkinson (actually "Parkinson's") and "PD" are included in the first paragraph of the challenge on the precisionFDA challenge, these token as not included in the description captured by OC.

I think it would make sense that the text search looks at title, description, and platform name. Possibly headline as well, as this will address your second point.

It looks like the "At a Glance" paragraph was used as the challenge description, not "Background".
