Generate a source map so we can link runtime errors in the Python code to DSL code.

@WinPlay02 This would be another useful addition to the code generator. However, the Python server has higher priority at the moment.

### Summary of Changes

- changed code generation to return traced nodes instead of text
- add option to generate source maps by providing an optional path
